You Spoke, I Listened: Here's What's Coming to Finding Peak
Results from the recent subscriber survey (and winner announcements)
Last week, dozens of you took time out of your busy schedules to fill out our "Help Shape the Future of Finding Peak" survey.
First things first - congratulations to our Amazon gift card winners: Vonda Copeland and Andrew Ryan!
Thank you both (and everyone who participated) for taking the time to share your insights.
Your feedback is literally shaping the future of this community.
What You Told Me
The results were eye-opening, and honestly, they confirmed what I suspected but needed to hear directly from you:
You're dealing with real leadership challenges:
59% of you are struggling to create systems that enable growth without chaos
37% are trying to stay ahead of AI and technological disruption
Nearly half of you cite time constraints as your biggest obstacle to leadership development
You want practical, systematic approaches:
41% of you value leadership frameworks and systematic approaches most
You're tired of generic advice that doesn't fit your specific situation
You want real-world application examples, not theory
You prefer learning with peers:
48% of you want small group mastermind experiences with other leaders
You value community and accountability over solo consumption
You want implementation support, not just information
This tells me we're building something special here—a concentrated community of leaders who truly understand what it takes to stand out.
What This Means Moving Forward
Based on your feedback, here's what's coming to Finding Peak:
1. Systematic Leadership Frameworks
You requested practical, actionable frameworks rather than generic tips (Paid).
I'm developing what I'm calling the RealityOS Leadership Operating System—a systematic approach that has enabled me to maximize growth across multiple businesses, industries, and decades.
2. Time-Conscious Content
I heard you loud and clear about time constraints.
Coming soon:
"5-Minute Leadership Insights" series for quick consumption (Video + Paid)
Executive summaries of longer content
Curated weekly digests so you don't feel overwhelmed
3. Community-Driven Learning
This is the big one.
You want peer learning and accountability.
I'm working on creating structured opportunities for you to connect with and learn from other leaders in this community.
If you have any additional thoughts on this, leave them in the comments below.
4. Inside Access to Podcast Guests
We’re going to be adding (monthly to start) live versions of the Finding Peak podcast.
This will enable paid subscribers to ask guests questions and participate in private, behind-the-scenes conversations.
How You Can Get More Value Right Now
While I'm building these new offerings, here are three ways to maximize your Finding Peak experience today:
1. Download the Substack App
If you haven't already, download the Substack app and turn on notifications for Finding Peak.
You'll get instant access to new content and can engage more easily with the community.
2. Use the Chat Feature for 1-on-1 Questions
Here's something many of you might not know: you can message me directly through Substack's chat feature. The chat feature is available only to paid subscribers.
Got a specific leadership challenge you're facing?
A question about implementing something I've shared?
Hit me up. This chat provides you with 24-hour direct access to ask me questions about any obstacles you’re facing. (Paid)
3. Consider Upgrading to Paid
If you're getting value from Finding Peak and want to support the development of the systematic frameworks and community features you've requested, consider upgrading to a paid subscription.
Paid subscribers will receive early access to the new frameworks, exclusive content, and priority access to community features I'm developing.
Lastly, Finding Peak is only possible because of paid subscribers. There are real costs associated with running a newsletter and podcast.
None of this would be possible without your support. 🙏
The Rub
This survey confirmed something important: we're not just building another leadership newsletter.
We're building a community of unreasonable leaders who are committed to systematic approaches to addressing leadership challenges.
You told me what you need. Now I'm going to build it.
More systematic frameworks.
More digestible content.
More peer learning opportunities.
Less overwhelm, more implementation.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
This community is stronger because of your input.
Now let's get to work.
This is the way.

P.S. One other thing…in an effort to provide you a “More professional product,” I’ve recently felt I’ve left a lot of personality out of my content.
In that vein, I'd like to share a clip I found on Instagram this week (Connect with me here).
There are three lessons I take from this clip…
Know what you want.
Learn how to sell.
Be bold.
So few of us are willing to live the lives we fantasize about. But that life, that person you believe yourself to be, that person is inside you…waiting to be unlocked.
This is the way.
