Why Finding Peak Exists
I started Finding Peak because leadership advice got soft.
I was tired of empty motivation and “five-step hacks.”
This show is for the builders who still believe discipline, purpose, and courage matter.
Every conversation digs into how great leaders turn chaos into clarity — and become undeniable in the process.
…because selfishly, this is what I want for my own life.
I want to harness all the unreasonable gifts that God has blessed me, and…
I want to become undeniable.
I don’t want anyone to ever be able to their thumb on my neck ever again.
Truthfully, I want the freedom that comes as a result of being undeniable.
…and I want to work on the projects and with the people who seek their own version of undeniable.
That is what we do here at Finding Peak.
If that sounds like you, we’re in the right place.

The Rub
There are two quotes (of many) that rent space in brain, but these two are of particular importance.
These quotes are foundational principles for how I live my life.
The first is from Ralph Waldo Emerson…
“God will not have His work made manifest by cowards.”
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
The second is from George Bernard Shaw…
“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.”
~ George Bernard Shaw
Together, these two quotes are the creed of the unreasonable leader.
Emerson demands courage; Shaw demands creation.
One calls you to act, the other to reshape reality itself.
Most people bend to the world — the unreasonable few bend the world back.
Those few, are Finding Peak.
This is the way.
